Students are be required to keep a blog and post assignments to it weekly. Blogs will be graded primarily on content – whether students adhere to the assignment and whether posts reflect informed opinion (based on research, insight gained from readings, class discussions, observation). Correct grammar and structure are expected.
Students should also be familiar with classmates’ blogs and comment when warranted to foster discussion. If you are in Group 1, read the other blogs in Group 1. If you are in Group 2, read the other blogs in Group 2.
The following deductions will be taken if blogs are posted late:
After 6:30 p.m. Monday – 25 percent
After 9 a.m. Tuesday – 50 percent
After 6:30 p.m. Tuesday – 75 percent
